How do I Initiate a Return?
If you feel that you have received a defective product, email us at, sales@rangolifashions.com along with your Order Id and a photograph of the product received.
Pack your product back in the original packaging and send it back to us along with the invoice.
Intimate us about the Reference or AWB number at sales@rangolifashions.com.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and then proceed with your refund accordingly.
We are a small business which is why your patience will be highly appreciated.
Return Policy:
We hope you understand that all our products are handmade and may vary a little in each piece. Therefore, returns will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defects.
Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition and packaging that you received it.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any product damaged in the return transit will not be accepted.
Refund Policy:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive a refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Policy:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
